Dr. Hogan and his very able team helped this dentist-phobic 70-year-old through two procedures: an extraction and an implant. Exceeding my expectation, I was able to drive myself home and only needed over-the-counter pain relievers for both procedures. Dr. Hogan’s assistants assured me that all would be manageable. Despite their calm, reassuring tones, I was still a doubter. Now I’m an encourager for others who are uncertain.
I’m so happy my dentist refers his patients to Dr. Hogan.

I was referred to Dr. Hogan one day when I needed a tooth extraction and my regular dentist could not see me. Dr. Hogan and staff found time and did such a good job I went back and had them extract four more last year and five more last week (We are preparing for some partial dentures). This process has been almost fun, no pain during procedure, no stitches, and only feeling a bit sore after I got home. I have had teeth pulled before and believe me it didn’t go this easy. Dr Hogan and his staff have something special and I won’t be afraid of this stuff anymore. I really like the way they do things, I haven’t had to wait for appointments, the cost has been reasonable and up front but most of all they take the time to talk with me about all my options.
I feel fortunate to have been referred and I want to let everybody know how much I appreciate Dr. Hogan and his staff and enjoy being their patient. They have all the super-high-tech skills and equipment and a level of caring I haven’t seen in many, many years. It was way back in the late 1950s early 60s since I remember that a Doctor himself would call a patient at home after a procedure just to check if you were OK. Wow! A few months after a procedure their office called just to see how I was getting along! Nothing in it for them, just being nice. Mighty impressive for young people, darn impressive from anyone these days.

I must admit that I never thought that I would be writing to thank a group of people that helped render me toothless, much less thank them for their caring and pleasant assistance in the process. But here I am doing just that! You all helped make a very traumatic experience very bearable and even pleasant. Along with Dr. Hogan's skill as a surgeon, he obviously knows how to choose just the right people to assist him in what, under the best circumstances, is scary.
